Arthur are delighted to be working with a leading Insurance Broker in the London market as they seek a Senior Compliance Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will be a strong generalist Compliance person with a particular focus on keeping abreast of all FCA regulatory developments.
Main Duties
- Staying on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulatory developments.
- Consistently improving compliance strategies and solutions in order to best deal with evolving regulatory environment.
- Providing comprehensive training to business units on new compliance processes and requirements.
- Engaging with colleagues across the business to receive first-hand feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment with compliance projects.
About You
- Able to communicate complex requirements in a way that is concise and engaging across the business.
- Able to use own judgement based off of past experiences when outcomes are uncertain.
- Have the ability to consider how decisions affect the business.
- An outstanding verbal and written communicator.
