A financial services company in London is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide compliance support for new product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of relevant regulations and experience in policy writing. ClearBank is undertaking a major transformation initiative under the banner of Build the Bank, focused on new initiatives and delivering these safely and quickly into our BAU (Run the Bank teams) without missing a beat on running the business. As a key player in our Build the Bank team we require an experienced regulatory compliance specialist to provide essential support, input, and oversight of first line recommendations with regards to conduct and compliance risk management, so that we continue to meet all our regulatory obligations. This role will be pivotal in supporting the build out of our new propositions, ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations, focusing on high priorities that will drive product expansion, revenue growth, and business scaling. The role requires understanding relevant regulatory compliance requirements and standards and the ability and subject matter expertise to practically apply them to new markets and product propositions. The role is ideal for an ambitious and intellectually agile compliance professional who has a delivery-focused mindset and a can-do attitude.
