New Compliance / Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager opportunity working with a top performing specialty (Re)Insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. Reporting to the Group Head of Compliance, you will take the lead on compliance monitoring, working independently and making decisions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Conduct thematic reviews and desk-based assessments.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with FCA rules and internal policies.
• Report findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Maintain monitoring schedules and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Provide compliance training and support.
• Prepare reports for the Management Committee and Board.
Skills & Experience:
• Compliance monitoring experience in insurance (London market preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FCA rules.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and ethical.
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
