Job summary

Aria Partners Limited in London seeks a senior compliance professional with direct AIFMD experience to oversee day-to-day activities and support the Chief Compliance Officer. You will provide ongoing advisory across all strategies, deputize for the CCO as required, and handle generalist compliance tasks.

The role focuses on fund management, regulatory, and financial crime compliance. Candidates should have at least 8 years in fund management compliance; FCA/SEC experience is desirable; ESG/SFDR

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of compliance experience in the fund management space (AIFMD is essential).
• UK FCA and US SEC experience highly desirable
• Knowledge of ESG/SFDR would be useful but not essential
• Experience across both regulatory and financial crime compliance is desirable.
