Job summary

Aspect Capital Limited, based in London, is hiring a Senior Compliance Associate to provide broad, mid-to-senior level support across the Compliance function. You will work with senior managers and the Board to navigate regulatory changes and meet operational demands.

The role covers UK/EU/US regulatory matters, compliance of marketing materials, AML/KYC onboarding, and mentoring junior staff. A 2:1 degree and 5+ years in high-quality asset management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' compliance experience in asset management, hedge funds, banks, regulators or professional services.
• Experience preparing regulatory returns and filings to FCA, SEC, CFTC and NFA.
• Experience drafting and updating policies, procedures and internal communications.
• Knowledge of UK, EU and US regulatory landscapes and requirements.
• Experience managing or mentoring others; familiarity with managed futures or systematic strategies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and develop Aspect's Compliance Monitoring Programme and contribute to the Firm's Compliance Risk Assessment.
• Prepare, coordinate and submit regulatory returns and filings to FCA, SEC, CFTC and NFA.
• Interpret and implement new or amended regulatory requirements; draft/update policies, procedures, and internal communications.
• Review and approve marketing materials and financial promotions for regulatory compliance.
• Advise on selling/marketing restrictions across jurisdictions and maintain up-to-date guidance.
• Support onboarding of new clients and relationships, including AML and KYC checks.
