Senior Compliance Executive

We have an opportunity for a Senior Compliance Executive to join our Compliance team on a 6-month fixed term contract at TMK. You will report to the Compliance Technical Manager and assist the Head of Compliance in managing the firm’s compliance framework and activities, particularly regarding licensing, sanctions, and financial crime advice.

The role involves providing oral and written compliance advice related to regulatory and financial crime matters, identifying, analyzing, and escalating potential concerns. You will also communicate compliance requirements across TMK, promote a strong compliance culture, and raise awareness of regulatory risks. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring adherence to relevant rules, regulations, and requirements set by regulatory, statutory, and supervisory bodies.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and be proactive, pragmatic, and persuasive. They should be inquisitive, analytical, detail-oriented, and possess good research skills.
