Senior Compliance Associate - Financial Services - £70k My client is the Group HQ of a number of Financial Services businesses operating mainly in Ireland and Western Europe.

This role is a brand new role, based in London and supporting the Group Head of Compliance in a strategic generalist capacity as well as looking after the BAU daily generalist compliance of the Bermuda office.

The Role

  • Reviewing policies and procedures
  • Design and execute compliance monitoring plans
  • Manage training initiatives
  • Support the regional business units in their compliance methodology
  • Encourage a culture of compliance across the business
  • Support the Head of Compliance in various projects.
  • Provide the Bermuda office with daily compliance support.

The Candidate

  • A minimum of 4 years of generalist compliance experience in a financial services firm, ideally Insurance or Investment Management but other sectors of FS may also work as long as it is generalist (and not a specialism like Financial Crime or KYC of Monitoring etc)
  • CISI / ICA compliance qualification or similar
  • MS365 proficient with experience using FinScan and ORBIS a huge advantage.

This role is 3 days in the office with 2 at home.
