Ethos seeks compliance analysts with 5+ years in financial services regulatory compliance or risk to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across regulatory filings, policy drafting, and board materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policies, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Review regulatory filings and develop governance memos, policies, and audit documentation.
• Support regulator correspondence and board risk materials.
