Senior Complex Litigation Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Deal with a varied mix of work across both the public sector and private clients, predominately in sectors including health, local government, emergency services and social housing.
• Work on PFI / Projects / Infrastructure disputes or other complex and high value disputes, advising on operational issues, procurement disputes, design and construction disputes, payment disputes, fire safety disputes, and termination disputes.
• Undertake a wide range of high quality and complex disputes work for public and private sector clients across health, emergency service, social housing and local government.
• Be commercially minded with experience advising on disputes relating to PFI contracts or similar public-private partnerships (both pre and post proceedings) and provide practical, client-focused advice; be technically proficient in all aspects of litigation in the High Court.
• Take responsibility for your own caseload and work closely with partners and other team members.
