Job summary

Qualifications

• Manage a complex caseload and undertake detailed assessments.
• Apply advanced clinical reasoning and develop individualised discharge plans.
• Work autonomously within professional scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide joint assessments with ward-based therapists to support discharge.
• Offer clinical supervision and teaching to Band 5 therapists and support staff.
• Participate in seven-day services and on-call rotas.
• Contribute to service development, audit, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
