Senior Complex Commercial Litigation Solicitor A very exciting opportunity for a Senior Complex Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a formidable law firm providing high quality legal advice to a wide range of clients across the UK. The London office has a requirement for an experienced Complex Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to deal with disputes such as:

1. Infrastructure Disputes
2. Procurement Dispute
3. IP Disputes
4. Competition Investigations
5. Project Disputes
6. Construction Disputes

The firm's client base includes private and public sector clients, and successful candidates will have experience in the High Court relating to large procurement and project complex litigation gained in UK law. As market leaders across areas such as healthcare, local government, and social housing, the majority of the work will be public sector focused and will suit someone who specialises in complex disputes. The role will require strong drafting skills, an ability to take early responsibility for High Court litigation, and all forms of ADR. Strong partnership prospects are available. Salary to £82,000 + flexible benefits + bonus + flexible and hybrid working.
