Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for investigations and resolution of Product & Signal complaints.
• Act as the SME for complaint investigation processes.
• Ensure thorough investigation of deviations and complaints.
