We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pay, Reward and Benefits Manager to join a large and complex organisation on a 12-month contract.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Reward, Compensation or Benefits professional to take ownership of key reward and compensation programmes, providing expert advice across pay, allowances, incentives and employee mobility.
As Pay, Reward and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery and ongoing development of compensation and reward frameworks, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant and aligned with business requirements.
You will work closely with HR, management and Reward colleagues, providing expert guidance on pay and reward matters and supporting key annual reward processes.
We are looking for an experienced Pay, Reward, Compensation or Total Reward professional with a strong understanding of compensation frameworks and pay structures.
You should have strong experience in areas such as salary benchmarking, pay reviews, compensation frameworks, allowances, incentives and reward strategy.
Experience with mobility/relocation, payroll, industrial relations, trade unions, gender pay gap reporting or compensation audits would be highly advantageous.
The position is based in Reading, with an expectation of approximately 23 days per week onsite, with the remainder working remotely.
There will also be some mandatory onsite attendance for induction, kit retrieval and a medical appointment.
SC clearance is desirable, and candidates with SC clearance that has lapsed within the last 12 months may also be considered.
