We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Company Secretariat Assistant to join as part of the UK Corporate Governance Office.
You’ll be part of a specialist team providing high quality governance advice and support to Santander UK boards and committees ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and governance best practice throughout the Santander UK group.

This permanent role is based in Unity Place – Milton Keynes.
We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
