Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust invites an experienced physiotherapist to join its community-based Neighbourhood Teams across Herefordshire on a permanent basis. The post is based at Leominster Community Office and involves home visits, assessments, and treatment plans for patients in the community.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist interventions, with opportunities for development, regular supervision, and participation in seven-day working and on-call rotations after

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration is required
• Postgraduate specialist qualification or significant post-graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Work within the community as part of the therapy MDT to deliver high-quality therapeutic care.
• Independently plan, assess and deliver interventions for a patient caseload.
• Supervise and support junior staff; participate in service development and team meetings.
• Be willing to work seven-day rotas and join on-call rota after competency.
