Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive clinical service to patients.
• Comply with GMC Good Medical Practice as amended or substituted.
• Undertake duties as defined in the attached job plan in agreement with Clinical Director.
• Be responsible and accountable for the use of Trust resources and professional conduct.
• Attend Trust induction and mandatory training.
• Participate in Clinical Governance, audits, and research where appropriate.
• Appraise and participate in job planning on an annual basis.
