Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant with NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care to join the Integrated Community Nursing Team in South Manchester. You will travel to patients’ homes, support with personal care, and work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

This role involves varied shifts across 8:00 to 22:00, with training opportunities via our development programmes.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care certificate or diploma.
• Previous community nursing experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Car owner/driver essential.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with personal care, and travel to patients’ homes across South Manchester.
• Undertake delegated duties including wound care, skin care, and palliative care under supervision.
