We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Community Nurseto join our dynamic UCR team. In this role, you will take responsibility for providing the highest standards of patient care through ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs.

As a Senior Community Nurse, you will work within Nursing and Midwifery guidelines and manage a defined caseload. You will play a pivotal role in meeting the needs of patients and their families, promoting improved health outcomes, and enhancing health and wellbeing.
