Qualifikationen

• Carries out skilled evidence based nursing intervention.
• Manages complex, challenging and demanding clinical situations.
• Teaches, demonstrates and supervises nursing care to patients.
• Ensure clinical practice of the team is up to date and based on current evidence base.
• Apply current Infection Control Policy issues and universal precautions.
• Assesses, prioritises and manages caseload.
• Provide managerial supervision to the staff you are responsible for including yearly appraisal.
