An exciting opportunity has come up for the Adult Community Nursing Service, Night Nursing. We are currently looking for a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to work across Hounslow based at Clayponds Hospital. The service operates from 19:00 until 07:00 seven days a week. The service has 2 shifts, 19:00 until 12 midnight (Twilight) and 19:00 until 7:00 AM (Overnight)
The service is looking for someone who can work 11 hours per week as permanent part time.
As a senior community nurse, you will assist the Community Team Manager in the management of a designated caseload, ensuring that holistic assessments are undertaken by a competent practitioner within the nursing team.
