Job summary

NSFT is seeking a Community Team Manager for the South Norfolk Adult Community Mental Health Team based at Gateway House, Wymondham. You will provide operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering safe, recovery-focused care for adults with complex mental health needs.

The role oversees workforce management, governance, patient flow and service improvement, working with internal and external partners to achieve positive outcomes. Flexible working and a 37.5-hour week are offered.

• Senior clinical leadership experience including staff management.
• Experience leading mental health service development.
• Care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership for the South Norfolk Adult Community Mental Health Team.
• Lead day-to-day operational delivery and ensure safe, recovery-focused care.
• Manage workload, capacity planning and workforce deployment.
• Maintain robust clinical governance and risk management.
