Our friendly and dynamic Home Treatment Team in Taunton is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community.
You'll work across both the Home Treatment and First Response Services, responding to individuals in acute mental health crisis and providing care and support that helps people remain at home and avoid unnecessary hospital admission.

This role will involve flexible working across a 24-hour shift rota (days and night shifts) in a 7 day a week service
Main duties of the jobAs a Senior Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role within our Urgent Care Pathway, offering rapid response assessments and home treatment as an alternative to hospital admission.
