We’ve got an exciting opportunity with a brand-new operator, who are launching a beautifully designed flexible workspace, and they’re on the lookout for a General / Senior Community Manager to help bring it to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious company, who are looking for you to lead from the front in growing an operations team, delivering an exciting community programme and making the work space your own.

• Demonstrable experience in flexible workspace or hospitality
• Someone who thrives on solving problems, taking a proactive approach rather than reactive
• A keen networker, with the ability to build a thriving, creative community

• Proven ability to deliver an outstanding service

The Opportunity:

• Launch a brand new flexible working space, taking responsibility for the daily management and operations of the space
• Recruit and manage all operational, front-of house staff across the space, ensuring exceptional service is offered throughout
• Curate and deliver networking events to ensure engagement across the space
• Work closely with all departments across the space, including internally, to ensure exceptional service standards
• Take the lead as the primary point of contact across the space, efficiently managing any member queries or issues
