Tripadvisor, via its Bókun subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Customer & Community Marketing Specialist to lead our global operator community and collaborate with Content, Partnerships and Growth Marketing teams.

You will design and execute community programs, run campaigns on Intercom and ActiveCampaign, mentor juniors, and help scale reactivation and referrals across our supplier network. London or Oxford based with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to build and nurture online communities.
• Experience running campaigns via Intercom & ActiveCampaign.
• Demonstrates AI-native thinking to optimise operator interactions.
• Data-driven approach to improving engagement and retention.
• Excellent presentation skills for large audiences.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Passion for travel, technology, and empowering operators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall community strategy for supplier operators.
• Lead cross-brand initiatives with Content, Partnerships, and Growth Marketing teams.
• Drive referral programs in collaboration with PMM to boost conversions.
• Own customer communications channels via Intercom and ActiveCampaign.
• Build scalable reactivation and retention campaigns based on data insights.
• Create a hands-on brand engagement plan across community channels.
• Mentor junior colleagues and influence cross-functional teams.
