Job description

As a Senior Community Engagement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Heathrow engages with its neighbouring communities, ensuring that the airport maximises the benefits and opportunities it can bring to the surrounding area while minimising its impact.

You’ll join our Communities and Residential Property team, working closely with colleagues across Heathrow to deliver meaningful engagement programmes working closely with local communities. This role is central to maintaining Heathrow’s commitment to being a responsible neighbour and a force for good in the surrounding area. Success in this role means building trust, delivering tangible community outcomes, and ensuring Heathrow’s voice is heard and understood in local conversations, while ensuring that the views and priorities of local communities are reflected in the airport’s ongoing operations and future plans.
