A community services company in the UK seeks a Senior Carer to support its team in providing exceptional personal care. The role includes assisting with care plans, maintaining client dignity, and coordinating with the Team Leader. Candidates should have experience in care, a QCF Level 2/3 qualification (or be willing to obtain one), and possess a driving license. A £500 welcome bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

A passionate and organised individual, you’ll have experience of working in care. You will always be looking for ways to improve and be driven to deliver a first-class service.
Ideally you will hold (or be willing to work towards) a QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care. You’ll need to be available between the hours of 7am and 10pm including working every other weekend. You will also need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle so you can travel between our clients.
Our Somerset Community team covers the areas of Bridgwater, Highbridge, Burnham-On-Sea, Cheddar and surrounding areas with teams based in each of these areas. The team are passionate about supporting clients to remain as independent as possible within their own homes.
