Mencap has an exciting opportunity to join their Northern Ireland fundraising team as a Senior Fundraising Manager.

This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring at least 2 days a week in our Belfast office, with frequent travel across Northern Ireland and occasional travel to London. Some evening and weekend work is expected.

As a Senior Fundraising Manager, you will oversee Community and Events fundraising across Northern Ireland and be responsible for Digital Fundraising, Special Events, and Corporate fundraising. You will actively work across social media and local media, developing fundraising plans in collaboration with the NI Communication & Marketing Team. You will also manage budgets and ensure accurate reporting, so attention to detail is essential.

We seek candidates with proven experience in income generation, budget management, and developing successful fundraising portfolios. The ability to create effective and sustainable strategies is crucial.
