• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering integrated communications campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear and engaging content for websites, newsletters, social media and press releases.
• Develop communications and engagement plans to promote council priorities.
• Create case studies and success stories for media and digital channels.
• Monitor media coverage and respond to enquiries; manage on-call rota when needed.
