Job summary

Wellcome is seeking a highly organised communications professional to join our team in coordinating planning and delivery across cross-channel campaigns. You will manage calendars, workflows and approvals to ensure activities are well-timed and strategically aligned.

You will support media relations and digital content projects, maintain content libraries, track performance metrics, coordinate stakeholders, and help deliver high-quality outputs that engage external audiences and advance

You'll join Wellcome's Communications team, working closely with colleagues across News and Content , Events and Studio teams. Reporting to the Media and Planning Lead, you'll play a key role in coordinating communications activity across the organisation, helping teams work together effectively to maximise the impact of Wellcome's work and reputation.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail- oriented and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll have experience in communications, media relations, public relations or a related field, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
