Job summary

Capio Recruitment is seeking a motivated Commercial Broker to join a growing broking team in Leeds. You’ll take ownership of mid-market and corporate risks, working closely with Account Executives, and mentor junior brokers to build team capability.

The role offers autonomy, exposure to higher-value cases, and the opportunity to shape client outcomes while contributing to the team's development within a modern insurance brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial insurance broking experience across multiple product lines.
• Experience handling mid-market or corporate risks with open market broking exposure.
• Proven ability to build relationships with insurers in the open market.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support and develop others.

Role Summary:
