Key Responsibilities

• Manage a defined caseload.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.
• Support broker engagement and develop relationships.
• Underwrite business within authority, aligned with brand strategy.
• Conduct commercial visits and maintain client relationships.
• Prioritize and manage work to meet SLAs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively to support internal and external relationships.
• Participate in audits, implement improvements, and understand regulatory frameworks.
• Handle complaints and support team management as needed.
• Expand technical knowledge through training and networking.
• Maintain professionalism and contribute to continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
