Job summary

Hydrogen Group is supporting a leading international law firm to appoint a 4PQE+ Commercial Technology Lawyer in London. You will handle high‑end technology transactions, outsourcing, cloud and software licensing, and other digital transformation projects for major corporate clients.

The role offers leadership on complex deals, strategic client relationship development, mentoring junior lawyers, and opportunities to contribute to business development and client secondments.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial technology contracts.
Knowledge of IT outsourcing, SaaS and licensing.
Experience with regulated outsourcing or data protection is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technology transactions and large IT deals.
Develop direct client relationships and cross-border mandates.
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
Attend client secondments when appropriate.
