Qualifications

• Commercial Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE.
• Strong experience in commercial, IT and/or IP law or procurement law.
• City or leading regional firm experience preferred; strong drafting and communication skills.

• Undertake a diverse range of commercial work, including IT/IP and data protection matters across sectors.
• Contribute to business development, networking and wider firm initiatives.
• Collaborate with Partners to develop technical and commercial skills and provide clear client advice.
