Are you an ambitious Commercial Strategy Manager eager to advance your career by showcasing your expertise and developing new skills?

As the Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies that align with the company’s commercial goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and support long-term planning. This role requires a strong mix of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure the business meets its revenue and profitability objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building major cross-functional strategic initiatives and defining the strategic framework underpinning these initiatives to elicit future growth, vision, goals, and high-level business scope.
  • Designing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Project managing cross-functional commercial strategy initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders, external partners, and senior commercial leadership to ensure successful project implementations.
  • Understanding the current vs. future state of the business and identifying key requirements and capabilities (technical and operational) needed to support the strategy.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior leadership, and offering actionable insights based on performance metrics and market data.
  • Providing strategic recommendations based on market trends, customer insights, and financial data to drive decisions related to growth, product portfolio, and market expansion.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members and analysts, contributing to the development of the commercial strategy team.

  • In-depth understanding and extensive experience in using financial and commercial drivers to inform and challenge strategic plans and decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights.
  • Solution-oriented with an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Very strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and executing successful strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate the highest ethical standards and exemplify company values.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, tenacious, reliable, methodical, innovative, focused, and driven—key personal traits for this role.
