Rolls-Royce plc in Bristol is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead integrated commodity strategies and strategic sourcing. You will drive contractual coverage, mitigate risk, and secure supply for key programs while mentoring talent to grow strategic sourcing capability.

You will manage supplier relationships at senior levels, shape category strategies, and ensure quality, delivery, and regulatory compliance across the supply chain.

Formación

• BA degree or equivalent, or significant industry experience.
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate issues and plan proactively.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in plans and reports, able to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead top-level relationships with designated partners and suppliers.
• Plan and lead strategic sourcing and commercial activities to maximise value across major categories.
• Select a supply chain capable of meeting quality and delivery requirements and rectify issues.
• Nurture effective relationships with stakeholders to integrate functional priorities.
• Develop and deploy integrated commodity/category/supplier strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Understand supplier obligations in the Global Supplier Code of Conduct and address compliance concerns.
