Qualifications

• 2–10 years PQE in commercial law or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical experience in commercial, IT and/or IP law.
• In-house experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial contracts and strategic projects.
• Handle high-value IT and licensing agreements, agency/distribution and outsourcing arrangements.
• Support data protection matters and related regulatory compliance.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
