Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Commercial Solar Project Manager in Dartford for a hybrid role with regular UK site travel. You will own multiple solar PV projects from pre-construction through to installation and handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, manage site surveys and RAMS, and review designs for constructability while maintaining high health and safety standards across

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial solar PV projects (rooftop and/or ground-mounted)
• Experience with site surveys, RAMS and construction health & safety
• Knowledge of electrical installations and LV distribution systems
• Familiarity with SLDs, electrical schematics and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial solar PV projects from handover to completion
• Coordinate commercial solar site surveys
• Develop project programmes, schedules and delivery plans
• Manage subcontractors, installers and specialists
• Coordinate procurement, materials, deliveries and site logistics
• Lead client pre-start and project coordination meetings
• Review RAMS and ensure CDM 2015 compliance and safety requirements
• Review solar PV designs for constructability and electrical interfaces
• Coordinate electrical, structural and installation requirements
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover
• Monitor programme, costs, risks, and overall project performance
