Join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at our Warrington Office in our thriving commercial sector!

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within our Commercial Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the careers of professionals and contributing to the success of businesses within various industries such as finance, marketing, sales, administration, and more. KPI Recruiting are looking for their next individual who wants to help grow our presence in Warrington and surrounding areas, as well as the drive to grow professionally within their career and progress in our organisation.

What will this entail?

1. Building a sales pipeline
2. Lead chasing
3. Collaborating with local clients
4. Sourcing and Candidate Outreach
5. Candidate Screening and Assessment
6. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
7. Collaboration with Hiring Managers
8. Tracking and Reporting
9. Managing the ATS system
10. Making outbound calls

What would KPI Recruiting like to see in you?

1. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the professional services sector/business support
2. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
5. Understanding of the recruitment life cycle
6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
7. An aptitude for sales and business development
8. You will be able to objection handle
9. Negotiate rates and terms of business
