Are you a positive person, who is able to build and maintain positive relationships and secure new business opportunities?

If this sounds like you, then KPI Recruiting would love to hear from you! We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Stoke Branch as a Senior Recruitment Consultant working in our Commercial Team.

What would day to day duties involve?
  1. Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the commercial sector, leveraging existing client relationships and generating new business leads.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
  3. Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into work.
  4. Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market.
  5. Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during the recruitment process are of a high standard.
  6. Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Commercial clients.
  7. Search and identify marketable candidates.
  8. Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.
  9. Work in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants to share best practice.
  10. Contribute to the development of KPI Recruiting and mentoring consultants within the team as required.
  11. Be adaptable to the needs of clients.
  12. Be able to work to deadlines and think out of the box to overcome any problems which may occur.
  13. Set the standards for others to follow.
