Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded Thames Valley firm in a senior capacity. The role involves leading a busy property team, mentoring juniors and handling a broad spectrum of property work. A hybrid model requires three office days per week and longer onboarding. 8+ PQE is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ PQE in commercial property (senior level).
• Experience mentoring and leading a team.
• Exposure to planning agreements (Section 106) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a broad range of high-quality commercial property work.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant matters and development projects.
• Provide property support on corporate transactions.
