Job Description:

If you have a passion for commercial property and experience in all mainstream areas, this position might be suitable for you. The role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and offers exposure to commercial property work for clients including investors, developers, banks, landlords, and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the firm in its growth and development across all areas.
  • Implementing the firm’s approach to excellence to provide high-quality service to clients.
  • Proactively managing client work and building long-term relationships to understand their needs.
  • Identifying and resolving client issues effectively.

You should have between 5 and 15 years of PQE and be capable of delivering quality services in areas such as sale and purchase of commercial property, leasing, development work, security transactions, and general commercial conveyancing advice.
