Job Description:

If you have a passion for commercial property and have experience in all mainstream areas, then this position might be for you. This role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and offers exposure to a range of clients including investors, developers, banks, landlords, and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the firm in its growth and development in all areas.
• Providing excellent service to clients by understanding and implementing the firm's approach to excellence.
• Building long-term relationships with clients by proactively understanding their needs and environments.
• Addressing any client issues promptly and effectively.
• Taking responsibility for client care issues and resolving them.

You should have between 5 and 15 years of PQE and be able to deliver high-quality services in sale and purchase of commercial property, leasing, development work, security transactions, and general commercial conveyancing advice.
