Overview

Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - Bristol

Leading regional firm is seeking a senior solicitor with deep expertise in commercial property transactions linked to pension schemes. You'll handle a varied caseload including acquisitions, transfers in/out of schemes, leases, and landlord/tenant matters working with leading pension providers.

This is a hands-on role with scope to lead transactions, support business development, and contribute to team knowledge. You'll report directly to the Partners and play a key role in expanding the commercial property and pensions offering.

The Role
  • Running your own transactions from inception to conclusion
  • Collaborating on larger deals and pension scheme matters
  • Building client relationships and attending networking events
  • Supporting junior team members and sharing know-how
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with 10+ years\' relevant experience
  • Strong technical grasp of pension-related property law and HMRC regulations
  • Skilled negotiator with excellent drafting ability
  • Confident problem-solver with great communication skills
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a team
  • Comfortable managing deadlines and targets
