Job summary

The Bath-based law firm is seeking a 5+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team in Bath, offering hybrid working and a clear path to progression.

You will handle a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, development and property finance, with scope to build client relationships and contribute to the department's growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in commercial property required.
• Experience across acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant, development, and property finance.
• Ability to manage own caseload and client relationships with autonomy.
• Commercially minded with an interest in developing existing relationships.
