Job Description

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a proven track record advising landlords and tenants on:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises
• Conditional contracts and pre-let agreements subject to planning and works
• Transactional landlord and tenant work
• Commercial development and secured lending

The candidate should be comfortable managing their own caseload, demonstrating attention to detail, and working independently. Strong technical legal knowledge, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills are essential. A commercial approach to structuring transactions and advising clients is required.
