You will handle a broad caseload, including acquisitions/disposals of commercial premises, leases, licenses, property development, portfolio management, and some construction matters. The role offers good prospects due to departmental growth.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (no upper experience limit)
• You will have excellent client care skills
