POSITION: PERMANENT/FULL TIME

Our friendly and vibrant client law firm based in Bedfordshire is expanding and currently seeking an experienced Snr Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 7-10+ years pqe to join their Commercial Property team.

The successful candidate will work with a broad range of HNW clients on Commercial Property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, shops, offices, restaurants, etc., dealing with Share Agreements, Leases, Real Estate Funding, Refinancing transactions, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Lending Security, Recovery, and Dispute Resolution.

This role suits someone with a background in general commercial and corporate law, where you can add your expertise and become part of a well-structured team.

There will be a mix of office-based and hybrid working. Support will include some junior assistants.
