The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join their expanding team based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
You will work alongside some of the most respected and high-performing names in the industry, many of whom are ranked in the L500. The role involves leading and managing a diverse and complex Commercial Property caseload, including:

Landlord & Tenant matters

Development projects

Acquisitions and Disposals

Real estate finance

With a broad and diverse client base-including retail, leisure, healthcare, public authorities, and more-you will have the chance to work on high-value, strategic transactions and gain significant client exposure.
Requirements:

You will be a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE

You will have proven experience in handling complex, high-value Commercial Property matters
