  • Support construction operations—from admin and procurement to process improvement and supplier performance tracking.
  • Be the lease expert—guiding internal teams on obligations, costs, and critical dates.
  • Champion continuous improvement—streamlining workflows, managing documentation, and driving efficiency.

You're a skilled communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail. You're passionate about being part of a thriving business and can effortlessly balance various priorities.

Must haves:

  • 5+ years of lease/property management experience (tenant-side)
  • Strong understanding of UK property law
  • Commercial savvy, analytical mindset, and cost-conscious thinking
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Fluent in lease terms, financials, and landlord relations
  • Self-starter attitude with a collaborative approach

Bonus points:

  • Experience with German lease law or working with properties in Germany
  • RICS membership or similar professional qualification
