A Senior Commercial Property Associate is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Chelmsford on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.

Title: Senior Commercial Property Associate

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Chelmsford

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Associate:

  • Advise on commercial property deals (sales, purchases, leases, developments).
  • Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Work with clients in retail, hospitality, real estate, and corporate sectors.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and development agreements.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide practical legal advice.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Senior Commercial Property Associate:

  • 7+ years' PQE in commercial property law.
  • Proven ability to manage complex property transactions independently.
